Boomtown Studio - A London Recording Studio
Boomtown Studio was established to offer the same high quality of recording service found in the larger professional recording studios in London's - but without the associated expense. We specialise in affordable recording, mixing, editing and production - to the highest standards - for those with an eye on the cost.
We use the industry-standard Pro tools HDX as our digital audio workstation. As well as zero latency recording not offered by any other digital audio recording platform (that means Logic, Cubase, Nuendo, Digital Performer, Studio One, Bigwig, Reason, Ableton Live, Sonar, Reaper, FL Studio etc and non-HDX versions of Pro Tools), HDX also ensures as wide a compatibility as possible in the audio, visual and post-production world. Due to the "industry standard" status of Pro Tools HDX, sessions recorded at London's Boomtown Studio will be easily transferrable to almost any professional recording studio, anywhere in the world.

Want to play your mix to someone who can't attend the session? We offer remote monitoring via telephone or Skype patch, remote control using Source-Connect or live broadcast to your desktop via Source-Live. Much better than playing your mix to a mate from your mobile phone!

Located in West London, we are ideally placed for local clients who wish to attend their recording studio session. Although that suits the majority of our clients, sometimes location, time and other commitments can make it difficult for clients to appear in person. If that's you then we offer the added bonus of remote session monitoring and direction.
High speed, cable internet now means we can reliably broadcast the recording or editing session live to your desktop computer. We can easily set up a Skype patch and broadcast direct to your desktop - wherever you are. You speak to the engineer and recording artist just as if you were actually in the studio. We also offer Source-Connect Pro hookup if you wish to control the session from a similarly equipped studio anywhere in the world.
We've catered in this way for clients from Bristol to Belgium, Dublin to Dorking, LA, Vancouver, Malaga and more. For those without Skype or Source Connect, we offer a standard telephone patch.
Where We Are Located
Boomtown Studio is located off Acton Vale in London W3, just north of Chiswick, about one mile west of Shepherds Bush Green and a couple of miles east of Ealing Film Studios.
